Who should attend Piano Academy Live?

Piano’s community of clients, partners and prospects across myriad industries and countries, including both business decision makers and product users.

How much does it cost to attend? 

Piano Academy Live is complimentary for Piano’s valued customers and prospects. If you are a partner or sponsor, please contact us for ticket pricing.

How can I become a speaker or sponsor?

Where is Piano Academy Live being held?

Piano Academy will take place at the NEWCAP Event Center, Paris, France.

What is the dress code for Piano Academy?

We want you to be comfortable and suggest business casual for the event. For the evening party, if you wish to dress a little fancier, that is welcome, but not required.

What will the weather be like in Paris during the conference?

It’s November, so expect that temperatures have become a bit cold and may even be a little rainy. Dress warmly and prepare for some potential wet weather!

Will I get access to the content and sessions after the event?

Event participants will receive full access to the session recordings approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the event.

In what language(s) will the sessions be held?

Piano Academy Live 2023 will be conducted in English, but we will offer live translation services in French. A few of the Analytics breakout sessions may be in French, with live English translation offered.

What are the COVID protocols for the event?

There are not currently any COVID-19 restrictions for traveling to France. There also are no mask mandates or requirements for showing proof of vaccination in the country,  the city, nor with NEWCAP Event Center. Piano suggests attendees may want bring masks and proof of vaccination to err on the side of caution.

Is there a virtual or live streaming component? 

Piano Academy is an in-person event only, so be sure to sign up!

When should I plan on arriving and departing? 

For general attendees, we  recommend arriving on the evening of Tuesday, November 14, 2023, as we will begin early on Wednesday morning with breakfast, coffee and networking.

There will also be an evening reception on November 15. The summit concludes on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 16:30 CEST.

If you are attending a product training on Tuesday, November 14, we recommend arriving on the evening of Monday, November 13th, as training will begin promptly at 09:00.
